Our story
From a code-with-friends side project to an AI consulting firm.
We started with a simple thesis: most software gets built the wrong way — too long, too expensive, too far from what the customer actually needs. So we built a small, full-stack team that could ship the right thing in weeks.
Over the last few years, we've shipped SaaS for property managers, a memory-training platform for clinicians, an e-commerce platform for Australian work boots, and PropTech for real estate investors.
Then AI changed the math. The same problems we'd been solving — manual ops, slow content production, fragmented data — suddenly had a 10x more affordable path with LLMs in the loop.
We pivoted hard. Today, every engagement we take is AI-first: we look for the automation, the agent, the copilot — and we ship it in production, with evals and guardrails, not as a demo.
