Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds work across GoGoSoon's consulting engagements, in-house products, and design & print services.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid offerings from GoGoSoon Private Limited ("GoGoSoon," "we," "us," or "our") — including consulting and engineering engagements, our in-house products (LetLMS, GenZform, mBooks.ai, SpreadSheetFlow), and our Design & Print services. Where a signed proposal, statement of work, or product-specific terms say something different, those will take precedence over this Policy.

1. Subscription products

Most of our products are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

  • Free trials. If a product offers a free trial, you won't be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
  • Monthly plans. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable. No pro-rated refunds for unused days.
  • Annual plans. If you cancel within 7 days of an annual purchase and have made only nominal use of the product, contact us — we'll consider a pro-rated refund on a case-by-case basis. After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but the plan will not renew.
  • Add-ons and credits. Purchased credits or one-time add-ons (e.g., API credits, extra seats) are non-refundable once issued or consumed.

2. Consulting & engineering engagements

Professional-service engagements are scoped through a signed proposal or statement of work ("SOW"). The SOW will specify deliverables, milestones, fees, and refund or cancellation terms. In the absence of contrary terms in the SOW:

  • Mobilisation fees and milestone payments for work already performed are non-refundable.
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as set out in the SOW; you remain responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date.
  • Unbilled retainer hours don't carry over to a new month unless the SOW says otherwise.

3. Design & Print services

Print products are produced to your specifications. Because they are custom-made, we generally cannot accept cancellations or refunds once production has started. We will, however, replace or refund:

  • Failed print jobs. If a print job fails due to a technical issue on our side, we automatically refund the amount paid for the failed job, typically by the end of the day. Bank processing can take 3–5 business days.
  • Defective or damaged products. If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order ID; we'll reprint or refund.
  • Our errors. If the final product doesn't match the file you approved for production, we'll reprint or refund.

We can't accept returns for: changes of mind, errors in customer-supplied artwork, mistakes in spelling or layout you approved before printing, colour variation within normal print tolerances, or orders cancelled after production began.

4. Payment cancellation

Once a payment has cleared, it cannot be unilaterally cancelled, except as stated in this Policy or as required by law. Pending or unsuccessful payments may be voided automatically by the payment processor.

5. How to request a refund

For failed print jobs, no request is needed — the refund is automatic. For everything else, email [email protected] from the address on the account, including:

  • Order or invoice ID.
  • Product or engagement name.
  • Reason for the request and any supporting evidence (screenshots, photos, error messages).

We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve approved refunds within 7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are faster to fix directly. Disputed chargebacks may result in suspension of the affected account until the dispute is resolved.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Material changes affecting paying customers will be communicated through the Services.
