GoGoSoon Private Limited ("GoGoSoon," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard personal data across our consulting services, websites, applications, and in-house products — including gogosoon.com, LetLMS, GenZform, mBooks.ai, SpreadSheetFlow, and our Design & Print services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Data we collect

Information you give us

Account & profile. Name, email, phone number, company, role, and password when you register.
Contact & enquiries. The content of messages you send us, including attachments and any details about the workflow or project you describe.
Billing. Billing address, GSTIN/tax IDs, and limited payment metadata. Card details are handled directly by our payment processors — we don't store them.
Your content. Files, prompts, documents, course material, form responses, receipts, spreadsheets, and other inputs you submit to a product.

Information we collect automatically

Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, referrer, device type, browser, OS, IP address, approximate location, and timestamps.
Cookies & similar tech. First- and third-party cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and (where allowed) marketing measurement.
Logs. Diagnostic logs and crash reports to help us keep the Services secure and reliable.

Information from third parties

OAuth/sign-in providers you choose to connect (e.g., Google, Apple, Microsoft).
Payment, analytics, advertising, and support partners we work with.
Public sources (e.g., a corporate website) when you ask us to scope a project.

2. How we use data

Operate, secure, and support the Services and your account.
Process payments, issue invoices, and meet tax / accounting obligations.
Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
Improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.
Send transactional emails (sign-up confirmations, receipts, security alerts).
Send product updates and relevant marketing — only where allowed, and you can opt out anytime.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. AI processing

Some Services use machine-learning models, either built by us or provided by third parties. Your inputs and the resulting outputs may be processed by those models to deliver the feature you requested. We do not use customer content to train foundation models without explicit consent. Where we engage third-party model providers, we choose providers that contractually agree not to train on our customers' data by default.

4. Cookies
